About Us

Women have been setting up their friends since forever. It's the original social network. Introductress just gave it a paycheck.

It Started With an Obvious Question

Think about your group chat. Somewhere in there, right now, is a message that says something like "okay but what if I set you up with him." You've sent that message. You've received it. Maybe you've even been on the date it led to.

Here's the thing that never made sense to us: the person who made the connection, the one who actually knew both people well enough to know they'd click, walked away with nothing. The dating apps got the subscription fee. The restaurant got the bill. The friend who had the idea? Nothing. Not even a thank-you drink, most of the time.

We thought that was backwards. So we built the thing that fixes it.

We're a small team who got tired of watching great matchmaking instincts go completely unrewarded, and watched too many dating apps optimize for endless swiping instead of an actual, good, real-life date. We built Introductress to put the power back where it already lived: with the women who know their friends best.

Introductress exists because your taste in people is worth something, and it's about time someone paid for it.

Our Beliefs

What we actually stand for, not just what sounds nice.

Is It For You?

Yes!

The People We're For

Cupids
Sociable, plugged-in women who already know how to read a room and read two people. You don't need a sales background. You need good instincts and friends you trust.

The friends they set up
Women who want a genuinely fun, zero-obligation night out with someone new, without the endless-swipe fatigue of dating apps.

Our male clients
Verified, vetted men looking for a real date, not another profile lost in an algorithm.

Everyone in this loop has a choice, every step of the way. That's not a nice-to-have. That's the whole design.
